Many of us still stay and play because of the friendships we've built over the years. They truly don't care about you, unless you are spending a min of $100 day, you may get a little VIP attention from customer service but once you lose all your chips and stop spending that money, they will drop you like yesterday's leftovers. Until you make the kind of investment a lot of us have over the years only to see that the company that used to care, used to be fair, was the best online, has literally taken everything from us we've grown accustomed to over the years, just snatched rewards out from under us, increased cost in all packages, decreased rewards in everything everywhere, take more and give less. Look, I could go on about how manipulated and controlled everyone's acct, club, etc is, but it won't matter. Huuge should be embarrassed that they blatantly lie and cheat the players.
